The McKeon Student Services Building provides a visual welcome to campus students and visitors. The building consolidates all student services; registration, advising, testing, financial aid, veteran’s center under one roof. It is also a gathering place for students to study and meet.
The college desires an outdoor work of art or sculpture for the bricked courtyard area immediately to the north of the McKeon building, between the McKeon building lobby and the main Wilson Avenue building.
The committee is interested in a statement piece, pieces, or permanent installation for the exterior of the McKeon Student Services Building. They have no preferred theme, media or format. The piece(s) must be durable, safe, and be able to withstand long-term exposure to the extremes of the Illinois climate.
