The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. Additionally, the CFO oversees human resources administration.
The CFO leads all day-to-day financial operations of a budget of nearly $5 million, including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial systems.
The CFO will ensure that CCC has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits. The CFO will work closely with division directors and their staff, not only to educate them regarding finance and accounting procedures but also to explore how the finance function can optimally support program operations.
The CFO will partner with the COO to ensure business planning processes and budgeting (including variance analysis) are integrated seamlessly across the organization.
In addition, the CFO will work with COO to help ensure that purchasing process and vendor selection and contracting follows proper public sector/government contracting procedures.
In addition, the CFO will partner with COO to enhance and better integrate finance, HR, and IT functions leveraging technology and systems.
